Monkey Bar Gym Bodyweight Playground Workout

Learn how to do bodyweight roll-outs, pike-ups, pole climbs and plyo-jumps with simple equipment you will find at any playground!


 This is by far the best gym I’ve been a member of. Its fun, intense, social and provides a killer workout and NO FREE WEIGHTS AS YOU PROBABLY KNOW THEM; mostly bodyweight training. Very unconventional but effective, fun workouts. I don’t work for them, but I’m a huge fan.
