Class Times:
Friday - 9am - 6pm with a 1-hour break for lunch
Saturday - 9am - 6pm with a 1-hour break for lunch
Sunday - 10am testing begins followed by test review and a more in depth look at exercises, equipment and licensing (Sunday’s activities will end by 4pm)
Class Structure:
The CNT Couse is very interactive and the structure changes between demonstrations, seminars and workouts.
Testing:
There will be a written and practical test on Sunday morning

What to Bring:
Bring clothes to workout in, food and drink for snacking and supplies to take notes with.
Lunch:
A healthy (and yummy) lunch will be provided for you. If you have special dietary needs please feel free to bring your own lunch.
