Monkey Bar Gym – Level 1 Course
This is the beginning of understanding the MBG Way. The 2-day seminar introduces the Monkey Bar Gym training philosophy, theory and basic training methods.
The 2-day seminar curriculum provides a basic understanding of our training philosophy and methods. If you are serious about improving your health, fitness, and athletic performance then the MBG level 1 course is your first step. This is a level 1 course, so it’s all about giving you the basics in MBG 3…our training, alignment, and plant-based nutrition programs. This 2-day course is a prerequisite to continuing education and training. The level 1 attendee will be tested at the end of the course on the material covered. Class size is limited to 15 individuals.

- Perform the foundational exercises safely and identify misalignments
- Identify and correct misalignments when training others.
- Practical applications for your own training
- How to teach others and lead classes
There is a lot of information to cover, so in order to make the most of the two days you are expected to come with an understanding of some of the basics.
Upon sign-up, you will receive free access to MBG Online so that you can follow the workouts, watch the videos and begin the learning process.
You are expected to know the 3 levels for the following exercises:
- Front Squat
- Push Press
- Hand Stand Walking
- Push Ups
- Pull Ups
- Box Jumps
- Jump Rope
- Power Wheel Rollout
- Power Wheel Crawl
