Certified Natural Trainer Course

The courses and seminars taught by Jon Hinds teach bodyweight (and then some) all-natural training. They are the ONLY ones of there kind in the country. It will cover all levels of natural training for developing alignment & stability, strength & conditioning, power & performance. The main courses also break all the myths on the insanity of static stretching, how you can eat a 80-90% plant based diet and gain a healthier, leaner, stronger body than ever before. After taking one of our seminars or courses you will be able to train anywhere at anytime for top strength and/or conditioning as well as know how to re-hab and pre-hab yourself and your clients.

I guarantee taking any of Jon’s courses will change the way you train forever!! - Jessica Rucker (in two years training at the MBG has gone from 35% to 16% body fat and has gained 20 lbs of muscle…and she only weights 140 lbs!!)

This is the mandatory certification for all Monkey Bar Gymnasium instructors.

CNT 3 Day Course

TESTIMONIALS

Jon, all I can say is thank you so much! The information I learned in your CNT class was phenomenal. I learned more from you in 4 days than I have in 15 years of reading books, attending seminars and training in traditional gyms. I can not wait to attend your CNT level 2 class! Thanks again for everything! ~Brian McCormick

The CNT event in Madison, WI. was an event that exceeded my expectations. I have been to many fitness conferences, workshops and events, however this training was by far the best ever! This totally assured me that you do not need to be at a gym, lugging dumbbells around, sliding from one piece of equipment to the next to just get fit. You can get fit from home, your laneway, hotel room or park! The options are endless the progressions taught were excellent, so now I can pretty much work with many clients at once at any level, all in the same class without feeling that I am being stretched as the instructor. This is a great asset to a private studio located in a rural community. The equipment that is optional is very reasonable to purchase and not intimidating to use. I could not have asked for a better addition to my current knowledge and certifications. ~Susanna Debeer

Learning with Jon Hinds at the Monkey Bar Gym was a transformational fitness experience. After just two days, I felt stronger in my core than I have ever felt in my life. My posture improved noticeably, and the ache in my back disappeared. Functional fitness - training movements, not muscles - is a revolution whose time has come. I will never go back to machines and treadmills again - I am free to get fit like other animals do - as part of my daily life. ~Howie Jacobson
