Q:) How has training at the MBG changed your life?
A:) Training at the Monkey Bar Gym has changed my life mainly by opening up a whole new world of ways to workout and increase my strength, power, and overall athleticism. It has made me realize what a joke most gyms are in terms of the way that they train. I am definitely stronger, faster, more powerful and more conditioned since working out at the Monkey Bar Gym and I don’t spend nearly as much time working out as I used to.
Q) How is training at the MBG different from the average gym?
A:) Everything about it is different. The equipment we use, the atmosphere we work out in, the fact that there are ropes hanging from the ceiling and yard lines on the floor. We train for performance and health, for a better lifestyle and not for aesthetics, not like that’s not a perk though.
