Interview with MBG Instructor Joe Gorshe

Q: How has training at the MBG changed your life?

A: Training at the MBG has opened my eyes about the fitness industry.  I was so used to the conventional weight room and became narrow minded about the workouts that could be completed.  Now that I have been introduced to the variety of exercises the gym offers I feel that I have expanded my knowledge as a trainer exponentially.   Being around this unique environment has also given me the opportunity to understand a nutritional aspect of a healthy lifestyle as well.  Over the past 6 months I have lost 10 lbs and have seen crazy improvements in my workouts from doing 60 consecutive doubles with a jump rope to walking 20 yards on my hands.

Q: How is training at the MBG different from the average gym?

A: The MBG offers a variety of exercises that you might not be able to perform at a regular gym. However there is an exercise for the beginner who hasn’t worked out in years to the most advanced individuals as well. These workouts will challenge you that’s for sure. The atmosphere is also unique and is like no other gym I have ever been to.  People are there to help each other out when there are questions and there is a group camaraderie that is also noticeable with all of the members who workout at the gym.  This is one of the healthiest environments that i have seen in a gym.
