4 Daily Workouts

The Monkey Bar Gymnasium is famous for its unique training style and now you can enjoy what folks in Madison have known about for years no matter where you live!   Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels!  So whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned athlete, you will be given the tools to succeed! 

Here’s what you get:
The MBG Workout is the workout done at the Monkey Bar Gymnasium.  Great for all people and levels of participants!

The Athlete Workout is for those that are competitive athletes looking to get an edge on their competition and get in the best shape of their lives!  Emphasis on vertical jump, speed, conditioning, strength, and power.

The No Weight Workout is for those people who prefer to workout without the use of weights and get in great shape with nothing more than their bodyweight and resistance tubing!

The Weight Loss Workout is for those that are overweight and looking to jump start their path to a fit and healthy lifestyle!  Movements and light exercise are emphasized in order to eventually progress to a more difficult workout routine.
