The Online Training is as simple as 1, 2, 3:
1) Sign up online to receive 1, 3 or 6 months of online training. We will then send you (via e-mail) a Q & A sheet, physical testing form and goals sheet.
2) After receiving this information back from you, a CNT will contact you and send you your initial training log.
3) Then each week you will send in your online training program to be updated by one of our CNTs, so we can modify it to help you reach your goals.
Combine this with monthly testing and following a customized nutritional plan and you get incredible results.
