Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels!  So whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned athlete, you will be given the tools to succeed.

Each workout comes complete with video clips illustrating proper form and instructions on exact number of reps and sets.  We also encourage our members to contact us with any questions or suggestions regarding the workouts!

Day 1:

5×5  (Go Heavy! Do 5 sets of 5 reps)

1.  Renegade Rows (use Kettlebells)
     Stability - 12-16k’s
     Strength - 20-28k’s
     Power -  32-40k’s

2. Push-ups
    Stability - Down Dog Push-ups
    Strength - Hindu Push-ups
    Power - Dive Bombers

3. Swings
   
Stability - 20-30 lbs
    Strength - 24-40 k’s
    Power - 40-64 k’s
 
4. Overhead Lunges (Do 5 on each leg)

    Stability - Hold Stick
    Strength - 20-30 lbs
    Power  - 12-20 k’s
