During the Monkey Bar Gymnasium 60-Day Boot Camp Challenge, we monitor your body fat percentage, workouts, goal setting, physical testing and nutrition. You will be given three body fat tests throughout the challenge, along with three physical tests to determine if you are progressing towards doubling your strengths and skills. There is no way you can fail!
The Monkey Bar Gymnasium 60-Day Boot Camp Challenge gives you access to exclusive classes held Monday-Friday at 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, choose which one is more convenient. The Monkey Bar Gymnasium 60-Day Boot Camp Challenge also includes a workout booklet for you to record and track your workouts, diet and personal progress. Everything is laid out for you-train each of the strengths and skills and you will get in the greatest shape of your life-guaranteed!
