Personal Training - On/off site, Sports Specific & Online
If you want maximum results in a minimal amount of time, a personal training program is for you. Personal Training is the very best the Monkey Bar Gymnasium can offer. We customize your workouts to coincide with your specific fitness goals and needs. Jon and his trainers have trained hundreds of people from multimillionaire professional athletes to regular people that just want to lose weight. We will never put you on a large machine and just say, “do 12 reps here.” We guarantee this: our high quality training combined with thorough individual attention will help you reach the results you desire, fast.
You have complete control over your customized program. You can chose your own trainer or let us do it for you.
You can Train:
On/off-site: Train on location at the MBG or off site with one of our CNTs. You can train 1 on 1, group (2-5), or team training (where you basically have your own team class!). For off-site training our CNTs can easily layout a MBG like training area at your home or outside, for 1 or many people to train, it’s that easy for us.
Sports: Do Sports specific training: 1 on 1 or small groups or team training (best value). Sports training can be done on-site or off site as well!!
Online: Train online with one of our CNTs and get updated workouts every week as you progress.
Our Certified Natural Trainers (CNTs) have a wide variety of backgrounds and hobbies like basketball, football, baseball, rock climbing, martial arts, cycling and ultimate Frisbee®. We even have a trainer who began training at the MBG at 325lbs and is now under 200! The trainers of the Monkey Bar Gymnasium are real people. They’re not people that have just naturally been in great shape their whole lives. They understand the path to true fitness and draw upon their own personal experiences and the knowledge passed on thru there extensive training in order to help you through the same obstacles.
It doesn’t matter if your goals are to lose weight, put on muscle, get that beach bod, or just feel great, we have a trainer who can connect with you on a personal level.
Your workouts are completely tailored to your needs. Regardless of past or current injuries, every exercise we do can easily be modified to work around any bodily complication you may have. Each session is less than one hour in length so you don’t have to spend all day in the gym and we guarantee that you will get a solid workout way before you get bored.
In fact, if you want to get your workouts somewhere else, like at home, we can do that too!
Whether you want to work out six days per week or just compliment what you already do is totally up to you, anytime, anywhere. Our personal trainers offer sessions for individuals as well as small groups of two to five people. We make high quality training with individual attention affordable. If you demand more attention than our regular group classes or if you don’t want to work out in a large group, you can train with a certified personal trainer!
On/off-site Training
Our CNTs will first evaluate where you stand, then we’ll look over your goals and then we will show you your path to succeed. We call this "Climbing the Mountain". It is something we originated to make it simple for people to see how they are going to reach all of their goals. Our success is un-equaled averaging 16lbs of fat loss and 5 lbs of muscle gain and 30-40% strength and power gains in just 8 weeks!!
We get these results training on site or off site. This is because we teach and train how to use your whole body, not a machine. You WILL improve your movement skills, balance, alignment, stability, strength and power. You can even do your Fitness Challenge privately. Training is monitored every step of the way to help you reach all of your fitness goals. You chose a trainer from our trainer bios section, then, meet privately at least 2-3 times per week and you can take our FIT Classes too.
Combine this with monthly testing and following a customized nutritional plan and you get incredible results.
Sports Specific Training
We also offer sport specific personal training. Whether you play basketball, baseball, football, hockey, soccer, or just want that 280 yard golf drive, we can design the perfect training program to boost your game.
You can even bring in your whole team and group train at a lower price per person.
Our training methods build stability, power, agility, balance, quickness, reflexes, speed, and explosiveness – we build superior athletes, period. You can even do your Fitness Challenge privately. Training is monitored every step of the way to help you reach all of your fitness goals. You chose a trainer, meet privately at least three times per week and you can take our FIT Classes too.

Online Personal Training

Everything we do at the MBG is geared towards making each person perform at higher levels, stronger, faster, healthier! We train you to know how to workout anywhere, indoors, outdoors, on the road, at home…it makes no difference. Training online with a Monkey Bar Gymnasium CNT will not only teach you how to workout in a safe and healthy manner, but will progress you to levels of fitness you never thought imaginable.
If you want to train like we do (100% natural, full body movements) at the MBG, receive professional guidance every week to make sure your staying on the right path, then no matter where you are, you can train and gain full body strength and power right now!!
The Online Training is as simple as 1, 2, 3:
- Call or sign up online to receive 1, 3 or 6 months of online training. We will then send you (via e-mail) a Q & A sheet, physical testing form and goals sheet.
- After receiving this information back from you, a CNT will contact you with send you your initial training log.
- Then each week you will send in your online training program to be updated by one of our CNTs, so we can modify it to help you reach your goals.
