The CNT 1 Course taught Time Tested Secrets to Rebound from Old Injuries, Aches and Pains — And Return YOU to the Freedoms of Movement we enjoyed as kids. Now the CNT 2 Course picks up where the CNT 1 left off, by adding resistance and greater challenge to the same Motor Fitness Movements.
No Training Facility or Method is more dedicated to Healing & Strengthening the body and mind as Jon’s Monkey Bar Gymnasium.
In the CNT 2 Course you will learn how to integrate the Secrets of the CNT 1 Course into all progressions of exercises. You will learn first hand how to use all the equipment Jon and his MBG Instructors use to heal and then strengthen themselves and their members.

When: 9am to 6pm, Friday & Saturday, 10am to 4pm on Sunday (CNT Exam 10-11 on Sunday)
Cost:
• $1,000 at the door, $900 Early Bird Registration
• Full time student and Military rates are $600 at the door, $525 Early Bird Registration (Current ID Required)

Refund policy: once the student receives the CNT manual there are no refunds available. The student may postpone attendance to an upcoming CNT course for a period of one year.
