Being healthy and strong starts with living mindful on a daily basis …and creating a lifestyle that supports that. What I like to do is look at all aspects of my life and be very honest with myself …am I moving, eating, aligning & connecting with self and others in a way that is good for myself other people and the planet?
My blog is my attempt to explain…as best as I can, my ‘way’ of living and being. It is my hope that my 38 years of being a strength coach, trainer, yogi and athlete can help you!
