3x 1on1 Consultations with Jon or Jessica Hinds

Meet with Jon and Jessica Hinds in a 1on1 setting to create your massive action plan and keep you on track.

Detailed Massive Action Plan

Tailor your training to your goals as if you had a personal trainer.  Exactly how to approach your training to ensure consistent progress.

3x body composition assessments

It is always important to know exactly where you are at for anyone who is lose fat, gain muscle, or get lean.  We test your body composition at the very start, middle and end to ensure that you are always making progress towards your goals.

Nutritional guidance

For the best results we advocate a Plant-Strong diet, which means 80-90% or more of whole plant-based food. We’ll sit down with you and take a deep look into what changes can be made.

Start Date: September 15th

  • Kick-off event is from 10am-12pm.  However it is ok if you cannot make it to the event, we will schedule another time to cover the material and get you started.
