The Body Mastery Challenge will introduce you to new training concepts designed to build a balanced body, mind and spirit.

Throughout our years of training people and training ourselves, we've discovered many of us are missing active full range of motion.  Not only do we lack this physically, but sometimes mentally and spiritually as well.  This drove us to developed a concept of training we call BAASE.   BAASE places a focal point on assessing and refining movement patterns and unlocks overly rigid and tight areas of the body. 

In conjunction with our BAASE training, we help re-frame your strength training by introducing new concepts, new ideas, and new focus. 

And finally, we include the lost art of breathing practice.  Our method of training involves breathing techniques that are meant to strengthen your lung capacity and build a body that utilizes oxygen more efficiently. This is a unique training experience you'll only find at the Monkey Bar Gym.

We are dedicated to creating an experience that you will never forgot; an experience that lasts a lifetime.  This program is easy to follow, allows access to the founder and owners personally, gives you access to health and wellness experts and much, much more!

 

I was surprised to discover that in 60 days I had lost 18 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of muscle.  I've got more energy during the day and am in a good mood much more often than I had been at the beginning of the Challenge. Following Monkey Bar's structure yields results even if you didn't think it was possible to progress.

Meet Your Coaches - Jon and Jessica Hinds

Jon Hinds was an NBA and NFL Strength Coach and trained Tony Gonzalez, Penny Hardaway, Shawn Kemp, Wesley Matthews, Jimmy Butler, Kron Gracie (World Champion Brazilian Jiu-jitsu), Antoni Hardonk (UFC Top 5 Ranked Fighter), and many many more.  He's also a Celebrity Personal Trainer, and has trained Tony Robbins (Fitness Advisor and Part of his Life Mastery Course), Woody Harrelson, Steve Guttenberg, and more.  He's also a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has invented over 30 fitness products used around the world!
Jessica Hinds has trained under Jon Hinds for 20 years.  She's trained at competition level for various sports, was an amateur boxer and loves shooting recurve.  Now, she's a certified massage therapist, a neuro-muscular therapist and certified reflexologist.  She considers herself a body alignment expert and has helped hundreds become pain free!

Vin Chary - Teaches Reverse Dieting

Vin is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga, Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga Worldwide Advanced Force Training Instructor, Monkey Bar Gym Certified Natural Trainer, HKC HardStyle Kettlebell Instructor, and Bas Rutten Fight Club Instructor. Today, Vin focuses on Reverse Dieting.  Not only has he been successful with this method of eating, he's gotten his clients to reap the benefits as well!

Gail Campbell - Teaches Lifestyle and Wellness

Gail spent almost 30 years working as a firefighther/paramedic.  And in the last few years she has worked and help develop the Community Paramedic Program.  Her style of coaching is know as "causal" coaching which emphasizes getting to the root or cause of the issue/problem and solving it rather than managing the "symptoms".
