The Certified Natural Trainer course is comprehensive breakdown of Jon Hind’s methodology, concepts, background and movements. The program covers everything from natural movement concepts, essential exercises, coaching & teaching strategies, and dietary & lifestyle recommendations. The Certified Natural Trainer course is unique because it’s the only course that includes training, restoration and plant based nutrition. Being a great trainer more than knowledge of the exercises.  Its about your interaction with students, your command and leadership in front of others, your organizational and time management skills, and so much more. The MBG certification gives you the knowledge to advance your physical fitness levels, helps to jump start your business opportunities, and pushes you to the front of the crowd in functional fitness training. This course is perfect for:

In the CNT1 you learned the basic movements and philosophy of the Monkey Bar Gym. The CNT2 is how you take that knowledge and your coaching skills to the next level.  To truly be a great trainer you must learn the ins and outs of exercise, alignment, nutrition, program design and more.

Saturday: 9am – 4pm

There will be a lunch break on Friday and Saturday.  

Although we will be going over the fundamentals for every exercise and progression, studying beforehand is HIGHLY recommended to ensure you get the most out of the course.  One should have basic prior knowledge of the training methodology and should have been training themselves or clients previously. It is recommended to study the CNT Manual before coming in to the course.

Exercise Requirements You must be able to demonstrate with proper form all progressions for:

Coaching Requirements: You will be asked to teach a workout routine to your peers.  You will be assessed based on:

  • Knowledge of Exercise Progressions
  • Command and Leadership
  • Organization Skills
  • Time Management
  • Interaction with Students

Failure to pass the test upon completion of the course will result in no certification awarded.  Students will have the ability to retest online or in person depending on your score.
