MBG Fundamentals – Beginners

This is the beginning of understanding the MBG Way. The 2.5-day seminar introduces the Monkey Bar Gym training philosophy, theory and basic training methods.


The 2.5-day seminar curriculum provides a basic understanding of our training philosophy and methods. If you are serious about improving your health, fitness, and athletic performance then the MBG level 1 course is your first step. This is a level 1 course, so it’s all about giving you the basics in MBG 3…our training, alignment, and plant-based nutrition programs. This 2.5-day course is a prerequisite to continuing education and training. The level 1 attendee will be tested at the end of the course on the material covered. Class size is limited to 15 individuals.


This 2.5-day course is scheduled for two 8 hour days (Friday and Saturday) with a 4 hour day on Sunday. Your time will be split between the classroom and the practical training on the gym floor. With this said, previous courses have lasted roughly 10 hours each day. So, be prepared. Every participant has left the course wanting more, and having had enough.


Most of our course are held at our headquarters in Madison Wisconsin. We do teach courses off-site though. Make sure you double check the location before finalizing purchase. For a complete listing of locations see below.
