An extremely Fun, Artistic and Healthy way of using a Kettlebell that can get you into amazing shape without ever doing a single rep!!:) YOU are going to Learn how to juggle, throw, catch and release a kettlebell in a smooth and controlled manner. Performing this H2H practice makes you adept at moving smoothly and effortlessly while throwing kettlebells up to half your bodyweight!

F.A.Q.

I’m new to Kettlebell training, is the H2H KB seminar okay for me?

Yes! We HIGHLY advise you prepare and learn kettlebell basics by following our MBG Online training, watching the how to videos and doing the daily workouts. If you do this for a minimum of 1 – 2 months you will feel much more confident in taking the H2H seminar. No experience training or with KB training, then NO i would not advise to take this seminar. SO get some practice first and then the seminar will be a really fun upgrade to your KB training!

Do I need to workout at a gym?

No! You can actually do almost all our H2H seminar outside, in a park or your backyard…..preferably somewhere that it will be okay to drop a kb on the ground and you will not hurt anything…like a floor or nice looking yard. I like doing kb H2H on gravel, on the dirt or in a not so great grassy area. You may occasionally need access to a door pull up bar and some yoga blocks but that is it about it. On top of that all you need is a kettlebell or two to practice with….women a 8kg, 12kg work fine, guys a 12kg to 24kg works great! Obviously heavier is more challenging so use a weight you can control easy to start with.
