7-day Challenge Courses
The 7-day Challenge Courses are designed to give you a taste of some of our more detailed courses. They also teach and challenge you to reach higher fitness goals. Choose one that suits you, or do all three!
7-day BAASE Warrior 1 Challenge Course
This mini-course is excellent for all levels. It introduces our methodologies around alignment. Over the first six days, Jon Hinds teaches three to four alignment poses. On day seven, you'll combine all the poses you learned and complete our Warrior 1 Sequence.

7-day Meta Max Challenge Course
This mini-course is designed for intermediate to advanced levels, but beginner-level exercises and descriptions are available. You'll complete both bodyweight and kettlebell training with an emphasis on sweating!

7-day Kettlebell Challenge Course
This mini-course is excellent for people who love kettlebells. It's made for all levels. It teaches techniques for common kettlebell movements like cleans and snatches and is a fantastic tool for refining techniques.
